Sicily gathers travel and portrait work made on the island, including The Sicilian Buddha and Sicilian Greeting. In one frame, a brief public tenderness: two women share a kiss on the cheek. In another, the muse Noémie Doragon — a body marked and sheltered, neither spectacle nor apology. I look through a wabi-sabi eye: beauty in what is imperfect, and bodies free to define how they are seen.
